A delicious twist on a classic meatloaf enhanced with stuffing mix for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the stuffing mix, ground beef, egg, and water or broth in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season your mixture with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Glaze the top with ketchup.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
