A comforting and flavorful meatloaf enhanced with stuffing mix for moistness and taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 box (6 ounces) stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, stuffing mix, water, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Leftover meatloaf can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
