A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu infused with the rich flavors of eggnog, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, eggnog, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of serving cups or glasses.
  4. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of the soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
  7. Dust the tops with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Chilling allows the flavors to meld beautifully. For added flavor, consider using flavored coffee or a splash of bourbon.
