A sophisticated cocktail blending coffee and spirits, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of chilled espresso
  • 1 ounce of vodka
  • 1/2 ounce of Kahlua
  • 1/2 ounce of Baileys Irish Cream
  • Finely ground coffee beans
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass Rim: Combine finely ground coffee beans with granulated sugar, wet the rim of your martini glass, and dip it into the mixture.
  2. Brew the Espresso: Brew 2 ounces of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  3. Combine Ingredients in Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the chilled espresso, vodka, Kahlua, and Baileys Irish Cream.
  4. Shake Vigorously: Close the shaker and shake for 15 to 20 seconds to mix the ingredients and create froth.
  5. Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish: Add two or three coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa powder for an elegant touch.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh for maximum frothiness. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
