A hearty and comforting breakfast casserole made with everything bagels, eggs, cheese, and veggies, perfect for brunch gatherings or cozy family breakfasts.

  • 6 everything bagels, cubed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or cream cheese)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with some cooking spray or butter.
  3. Spread the cubed bagels evenly in the dish.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bagels.
