Delicious sliders filled with savory roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roast beef, sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 large onion, caramelized
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Swiss cheese, sliced
  • Butter, for toasting buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Caramelize the onions in a skillet with butter over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the slider buns by slicing them in half.
  4. Assemble the fillings with roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese.
  5. Cap the sliders with the top halves of the buns.
  6. Heat the beef broth in a saucepan and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the broth over the assembled sliders to soak them.
  8. Bake in the oven covered with foil for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with extra broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

Add Worcestershire sauce to the broth for extra flavor. Swap cheeses for a twist.
