A colorful and delicious fruit pizza made with a sugar cookie crust and a creamy topping. Perfect for gatherings and summer parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas)
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet to form a pizza crust, ensuring it has a nice, even thickness. Bake according to the package instructions until golden brown, then allow it to cool completely.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy. This luscious mixture will be the heart of your fruit pizza!
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the cookie crust once it’s completely cool.
  4. Slice and arrange your assorted fresh fruits beautifully on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Brush the top with fruit glaze if desired for a glossy finish.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve!
