  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
  4. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the batter, followed by a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, keeping an eye on it around the 30-minute mark.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
