A comforting and nostalgic dish of creamy, cheesy potatoes topped with crispy cornflakes, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, diced onion, and melted butter in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Spread the potato mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Prepare the crunchy topping by mixing crushed corn flakes with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

Notes
