  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Melt the garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it bubbles gently.
  3. Add the beef strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and garlic butter in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
