Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces pasta (e.g., fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground chicken, minced garlic, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs once melted.
  4. Cook the meatballs until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Combine heavy cream and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Toss the drained pasta in the cheese sauce until coated.
  8. Serve the pasta topped with meatballs and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Feel free to swap ground chicken with turkey or beef. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
