A delicious and simple recipe for grilled corn slathered in garlic butter, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto each ear of corn. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the corn directly onto the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove grilled corn from the grill and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
