A quick and delicious garlic butter shrimp recipe that brings comfort and indulgence to your table.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it’s frothy and begins to bubble.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Once the shrimp are perfectly cooked, stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
