Quick and delicious bite-sized pieces of juicy steak coated in a luscious garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the seasoned steak in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Set the cooked steak aside to lock in delicious flavors.
  5. Infuse the garlic in the same skillet with the remaining butter.
  6. Combine the cooked steak and garlic butter in the skillet.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
