A simple and delicious meal that combines the sweetness of sticky sauce with savory chicken and comforting noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 8 oz Noodles (like spaghetti or egg noodles)
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Honey or sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Cook the sliced chicken in the skillet until browned and fully cooked through.
  5. Mix soy sauce and honey (or sugar) in a small bowl, then add to the chicken.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing until everything is well-coated in the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to soak up the flavors.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water or soy sauce to prevent drying out.
