Ingredients

Scale

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in melted butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Toss the baked wings in the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, mixing until evenly coated.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with hot sauce.

Notes

For ultra-crispy wings, pat dry with paper towels before seasoning. Use fresh Parmesan for richer flavor.
