Luxurious dessert cups layered with spiced mousse and gingerbread cake, topped with toffee bits.

Ingredients

  • Gingerbread cake
  • Heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Toffee bits
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)

Instructions

  1. Bake the Gingerbread Cake and let it cool completely.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Beat together the eggs and spices until combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream into the egg mixture until just incorporated.
  5. Layer gingerbread cake, mousse, and toffee bits in individual cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with additional toffee bits if desired and serve.
