Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Red and green sprinkles
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Candy canes or peppermint sticks for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. In individual cups, layer the cheesecake mousse and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Top with additional whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, and candy canes.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
