Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Bonbons

Delightful bites of goat cheese and prosciutto, perfect for sharing or indulging.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful microgreens

Instructions

  1. Mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Portion the cheese mixture into eight equal balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Wrap each cheese ball with one slice of prosciutto.
  4. Drizzle honey evenly over the top of the bonbons.
  5. Chill the bonbons in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish each bonbon with microgreens just before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add microgreens right before serving for freshness.
