A refreshing twist on the classic chicken salad with creamy Greek yogurt and a blend of crunchy and sweet ingredients.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on a clean surface.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken and Greek yogurt in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the diced celery.
  4. Mix in the halved red grapes.
  5. Toss in the chopped almonds or walnuts.
  6. Stir in the Dijon mustard, then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
