Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer for richer flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Assemble the skewers by threading marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto them.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the chicken ahead of time for better flavor. For wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
