An easy and delicious grilled corn recipe that captures the essence of summer with its sweet, smoky flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: butter, cheese, lime, and more

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil, coating evenly and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the corn on the hot grill, rotating every few minutes, and grill for about 10-15 minutes until charred and tender.
  4. Remove from heat and add your favorite toppings like melted butter, cheese, or lime juice.

Notes

Soak corn in water for about 30 minutes before grilling for extra moisture. Grilling in husks adds flavor and keeps it moist.
