  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the flank steak: Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
