A refreshing summer salad with grilled peaches, mixed greens, blue cheese, and pecans, perfect for picnics or light lunches.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss peach slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
