Juicy and flaky grilled salmon burgers with a zesty kick from dill and mustard, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
  2. Chop the fresh salmon fillets in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. Combine salmon with bread crumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
  5. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  7. Assemble the burgers with the grilled patties, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve hot.
