Delicious and easy-to-make grilled salmon foil packets infused with lemon and garlic, paired with seasonal veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., dill, parsley) for garnish
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g., asparagus, bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil.
  3. Position the salmon fillets in the center of each piece of foil.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add lemon slices and your choice of vegetables around the salmon.
  6. Fold the foil to create tightly sealed packets.
  7. Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
  8. Unwrap the packets carefully and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes
