Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
  4. Grill the salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and grill for another 4-6 minutes.
