Succulent grilled shrimp skewers that are easy to prepare and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the shrimp in the marinade and let sit for a couple of minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Let shrimp marinate for up to 30 minutes for extra flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling.
