Easy grilled steak fajitas marinated to perfection, topped with fresh veggies and served with tortillas, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Tortillas
  • Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  3. Grill the marinated steak for about 6-8 minutes per side.
  4. Grill the sliced peppers and onion until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Slice the rested steak thinly and serve on warmed tortillas with the grilled vegetables and toppings.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, serve with a side of Mexican rice or black beans and a chilled margarita.
