Delicious grilled steak kabobs featuring tender beef and vibrant vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. Cube the Steak: Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.
  2. Chop the Vegetables: Chop the bell pepper, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces so they can be easily threaded onto the skewers.
  3. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, creating a fragrant marinade.
  4. Coat the Ingredients: Add the steak and chopped vegetables to the bowl, tossing everything together until well coated in the marinade.
  5. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them to create a colorful display.
  6. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it’s ready to give those kabobs a beautiful char.
  7. Grill to Perfection: Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  8. Serve Hot: When they’re ready, serve the kabobs hot off the grill, and prepare for the compliments to roll in!

Notes

Make sure to soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before use to prevent burning. Experiment with different vegetables or marinades for variety.
