Delicious grilled steak kabobs marinated in a savory blend of soy sauce, garlic, and paprika, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
