Delightfully crispy roasted chicken thighs seasoned with savory spices, perfect for any dinner table.

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, inside and out.
  2. Add olive oil over each thigh and rub thoroughly.
  3. Mix the spices in a small bowl.
  4. Season generously with the spice mixture.
  5. Prepare for roasting on a lined baking sheet, ensuring space between thighs.
  6. Preheat the oven to 425°F and roast for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
