  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef with the chopped onion and seasonings.
  3. Add the rice and beef broth to the skillet.
  4. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  5. Incorporate the shredded cheese until melted.
