A heartwarming dish featuring rich and creamy ground beef served over egg noodles, reminiscent of family gatherings.

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Beef In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Cook the Aromatics Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
  3. Create the Creamy Base Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well!
  4. Simmer the Sauce Cook on low for about 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors meld beautifully.
  5. Prepare the Noodles Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
  6. Combine Noodles with Sauce Once noodles are done, drain and add them to the skillet with the beef mixture. Stir until well combined and all ingredients are coated in that luscious sauce.
  7. Final Touches Serve hot, topped with a generous dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

Feel free to prepare the beef mixture a day in advance. You can also use frozen egg noodles or pre-chopped onions to save time.
