A luscious guava cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for tropical dessert lovers.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup guava puree
  • 1 tablespoon fresh guava juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended.
  5. Stir in the guava puree and guava juice until evenly combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are lightly browned.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy your Guava Cheesecake!
