Delicious and savory ham and cheese sliders baked to perfection with a zesty topping.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Ham
  • Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • Butter
  • Dijon mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer ham and cheese evenly over the buns.
  4. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  5. Brush the mixture over the top half of the buns.
  6. Place the tops of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding pickles or sautéed onions between the layers. Substitute Dijon mustard with honey mustard if preferred.
