A delightful tropical salad bursting with fresh fruits and creamy cheesecake flavors, perfect for any summer gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Gather your fresh fruits. Start by washing all your fresh fruits. Dice the pineapple, slice the strawberries, peel and dice the kiwi, and gently rinse the raspberries. Lay them out on a clean kitchen towel to dry.
  2. Prepare the creamy base. In a mixing bowl, take the softened cream cheese and add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture, being gentle to maintain the fluffy texture.
  4. Combine the prepared fruits into the cream mixture until well coated.
  5. Chill your salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve generous servings into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed within 2-3 days to keep the fruits fresh. Can be paired with grilled meats or served as a dessert.
