  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Once tender, drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, diced carrots, celery, green onions, red bell pepper, and optional pineapple tidbits.
  4. Toss everything together gently until well combined.
  5. Chill the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
