Delicious hazelnut chocolate cookies that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for cozy gatherings or a sweet pick-me-up.

  • 1 cup hazelnut flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together hazelnut flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
