  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
