These delightful pink hearts combine dark chocolate, coconut oil, and freeze-dried strawberries for a guilt-free treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pink sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract to infuse it with delightful flavor.
  3. Crush the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder and mix half into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into heart-shaped molds, filling them halfway.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining strawberry powder on top and garnish with a pinch of pink sea salt.
  6. Freeze until solid, about 30 minutes.
  7. Pop the hearts out of the molds and enjoy your healthy sweet treat!
