A delightful combination of airy angel food cake, luscious pineapple, and juicy strawberries, perfect for any celebration or as a sweet treat.

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the angel food cake mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the angel food cake mix according to the package directions and bake until golden brown.
  3. Cool the cake completely on a wire rack after removing from the oven.
  4. Mix in a large bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  5. Cut the cooled cake into cubes.
  6. Layer the ingredients in a serving dish by placing cake cubes, followed by the pineapple mixture, then sliced strawberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts or coconut if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra fruity flavor, mix in additional sliced strawberries or bananas. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
