  • 5.2 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness.
  3. Fill each chicken breast with Boursin cheese and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Create the coating by mixing Panko, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Coat the chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Bake the chicken on a greased baking sheet, drizzling with melted butter, for 30 to 35 minutes.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider broiling the chicken for the last few minutes. Feel free to swap Boursin for other herbed cheeses.
