A comforting and nutritious apple cinnamon bake made with cottage cheese, perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, diced apples, rolled oats, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt until well combined.
