  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus extra for serving)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Olive Oil: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to let it brown.
  4. Cook the Broccoli: Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine with Chicken and Pasta: Gently fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta. Stir until well combined and heated through.
