  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or pasta (optional for added texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa or pasta if you want to amp up the texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly before serving warm.
