A fresh and zesty homemade pico de gallo that’s perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Chop the cilantro finely.
  3. Combine the diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Mix well to coat all ingredients in lime juice.
  5. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.

Notes

Use vine-ripened tomatoes for the best flavor. If sensitive to heat, remove jalapeño seeds.
