Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin, fry-shaped pieces.
  3. Soak the fries in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and dry the fries completely with a clean kitchen towel.
  5. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
