  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to prepare the honey garlic sauce.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cover to steam.
  7. Serve the chicken and broccoli over the jasmine rice.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
