Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Stir until well blended.
  3. Heat the Oil: Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat, ready to achieve that perfect golden crisp.
  4. Sauté the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken to the pan. Cook until the pieces turn golden brown and are cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
